From December 2018 until June 2023, I ran a Korean BBQ called Frau Cho, together with my brother and his wife.

There was sesame everywhere.

These 5 pieces were made using treated recordings of ambiences within the empty restaurant, whilst we were emptying out the place after closing it for good.

Each piece also uses a treated recording of Hongje Park playing a single C on his viola.
